This interactive, educational and entertaining program includes lobster as edible course material. Enjoy comedy with a show-and-tell quiz show while you learn about lobster history, economics, and biology at this community dinner. Discover how to choose and humanely prepare a delicious 1 ¾-pound lobster unavailable outside of Maine, requiring no tools. In the community dinner style, everyone is welcome to join in the fun by bringing a side dish of their choice.

$40/person. Adults and kids who want to join this event but don’t want or can’t have lobster can get a unique alternative with the program: Maine Red Snapper Hot Dogs option for $15, including the program.
